No retuns Policy

All sales are final.

Each original painting and limited edition print is made by hand and sold as a unique, singular object. Once a work leaves the studio it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Commisions

A 50% deposit is required to begin any commissioned work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, defined as the moment paint first touches canvas. It covers the time and materials committed to your piece from that point forward.

The remaining balance is due in full before shipment or collection of the finished work.

Cancellations requested before work has begun will be considered individually. Please contact alex@alexgringo.com as early as possible.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact alex@alexgringo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the work and the packaging. Damage in transit is the only circumstance under which a resolution will be considered.
